Our Officers
Aimee Herold, Vice President, joined the company in 2009 as an administrative assistant. In her 13 years of working in the office she has firsthand experience of common problems and issues that arise within the company and knows exactly how to solve them. She knows almost every customer and enjoys talking to them. Prior to joining, Aimee worked in sales and property management which is where her customer service originates from. She is also a graduate of UMBC with a BA in Psychology. Aimee instills the importance of customer service in the office employees and makes sure someone answers the phone for Madden Plumbing and HVAC 24/7. Customers are never told “no” when an emergency arises. Being responsive and reliable 100% of the time is Aimee’s goal!
Conrad Russell, Vice President, began his career with the company in 2010 as a plumbing apprentice. Conrad’s keen mechanical ability and relentless curiosity of how things work quickly made him a frontrunner in his class and put him in a service van way before his time was up in school. He graduated 3rd in his apprenticeship class in 2015. Conrad’s no-nonsense honest approach to plumbing sales and service has made him highly trusted among building engineers. He is the salesman for the company’s biggest client not because he was assigned to the contract, but because they ask for him! Conrad has previous experience as a store manager, which has helped him with the huge task of managing employees. Conrad also had technical experience working for an assembly corporation. Conrad is everyone’s “go to guy” when it comes to troubleshooting the bigger machinery and equipment.
Ken DelBorrell, President, is the newest of the three owners, having joined the company in 2014 as an apprentice, and he was brought into the company by Conrad who saw his potential while they were in school together. Ken also graduated in 2015, and he was at the top of his class! Ken’s meticulous nature made him a prime candidate for intricate plumbing installations requiring a little more finesse than the typical skilled Madden plumber. Combining his outgoing and pleasant personality with his precise plumbing knowledge made him an ideal project manager and salesman. Ken also knows what it takes to run a business as he has managed a restaurant and operated his own one-man plumbing company prior to joining.
